We all believe that a leader is somebody you can look upon, especially when we really feel confused and demoralized. Genuinely listen and try to recognize their point of view. Some of these criticisms can provide light on things that you might be neglecting. Do not take these criticisms adversely. Use them to drive you in your leadership training. Be positive and take judgments constructively so you will not lose your focus.

Being a leader is not just about making your members do what you say. You have to set a good example for them to follow. Bear in mind that to become an excellent leader, you must set the example and motivate your team.
